New Machine Installations

Our New Machining Center Installs are final aligned with .0001 indicators and AA grade squares. To geometrical accuracy of <.0001/FT. This 165"x90"x36" Bridge was installed by Precision Machine Tool Engineers to a worst case reading of .0008" or .00005"/FT.

New Machine "Turn Key"

As part of our Commitment to our customer's profitability, Precision Machine Tool offers "Turn Key" Solutions. A recent Lathe project required 30 PPh, and a 500 piece run off. We were able to exceed that by 15 PPH and ran 1000 pieces for the customer to offset the lost time moving machine from our facility to theirs.

Training

As a courtesy to our customers, Precision Machine Tool periodically offers a FREE TRAINING COURSE in control trouble shooting at our facility. This Four Hour Class is structured around the Fanuc I Series and covers basic operations and diagnostics which allow the control to aid your maintenance personnel.

Our Company

Precision Machine Tool Corporation was founded in 1996, as an independent Machine Tool Repair and Service company.

In 2001, we saw an opportunity to enhance our services to our customers by adding New Machine Sales.

Additionally, we maintain a Spindle Rebuild Department, Cable Fabrication Department and spare parts Department.

Our Mission

To meet or exceed our customers’ expectations by repairing their machines and returning them back into production as quickly and efficiently as possible. Keeping Costs in mind at all times.

As a Sales Engineer our mission is to provide a Quality machine that best meets the Customers' Machining needs. Keeping our customers, competitive in the market-place, focusing on higher production at a lower cost per part price.

Our Customer Commitment

To maintain a staff of Highly Qualified Factory-trained Engineers.  Provide on-site response within 24 hours in most cases, and in many cases “same day service.” Maintain a parts inventory of commonly used parts for a variety of machines and have” quality relationships” with some of the best vendors in the industry (Tool & Die, Motor Repair, Ball Screw Repair, etc.).
